Frequently asked questions

Yes you are free to cancel at any time without needing jump through any hoop just send us a quick e-mail and we can cancel your service immediately. We would love you to contact us if you are thinking of cancelling so we can understand why but it isn’t a requirement.
We do not offer refunds for partial months so when you cancel you will still be able to access the system until your next billing cycle is due at which time you won’t be able to access the system any longer.
There is no contract over and above the standard End User License Agreement (EULA) – the EULA does not tie you in to any minimum commitment or timescales.
Absolutely – you can change plan within the account area or contact us and we will help. If you change to a higher plan then we will charge you the difference between what you have already paid and what the new plan would cost for the month when you upgrade. On your next billing date, you will then simply be charged for value of the new plan.
We only charge you for active employees you are managing within the system so you do not pay for storing archived or inactive employees nor do you pay for storing candidate details.

For clients signing up to the Professional and Enterprise plans there is an option to pay by direct debit in addition to credit card – if you want to pay by any other method please contact us and we will see what we can do to help.
