We have been engaged by more than 10 major organisations, the majority of which were industry leaders within the Financial and Pharmaceutical sectors, since the economic downturn. The Right-Sizing process involves the delivery of restructuring programmes to ensure that the Company headcount is balanced with requirements.
We have assisted several clients with Redundancy Procedures. We are regularly requested by large multinational corporations as well as SMEs to advise on the steps involved in the Redundancy Process to ensure the client remains within the confines of all Irish Employment Legislation. We have worked with several multinationals in merger and acquisition scenarios also as they enter the Irish market.
The HR Company has devised a number of Leadership Development activities and has implemented these in companies of all sizes throughout Ireland. Recently we were engaged by a global financial services business to implement a managerial programme which involved training on the following areas: recruitment, the application of consistent people policies, communication, coaching, career planning and performance management (including goal setting and effective review and feedback practices).
