The HR Company – specialists in Employment Law, is one of the most dynamic growing companies in its sector. We are seeking to hire a responsible Online and telesales individual for lead generation and appointment setting. Reporting to: Sales Director.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making outbound telephone calls to the small to medium business market to set up daily appointments for the Sales Director.
  • Source leads through cold calling and manage leads from internal and external sources
  • Take responsibility for your specific sales territory; build relationships with the organisations in your territory which could be a source of business for The HR Company.
  • Translate customer requirements and the features of The HR Company’s service, into offering specific customer benefits and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify all business opportunities from your territory in terms of prospective new business.
  • Meet and exceed targets.
  • Qualify new prospects and prepare proposals, mailings, new initiatives as required.
  • Keep informed of The HR Company’s product and services portfolio, industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships with the internal Team.
  • Participate actively and positively in Team meetings and one to ones.

Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years previous experience in an appointment setting role
  • Leaving certificate and /or 3rd level qualification
  • Passionate about reaching set targets
  • Excellent phone communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent PC skills essential
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills (Sales force experience beneficial)
