The role of our HR and Employment Law Information Consultants is to provide reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law information to our clients. You will play a crucial role within the business, working personally with clients over the phone and online to guide them through a range of HR and Employment Law issues.
Duties will include
- Receiving correspondence from clients regarding HR and Employment Law issues and queries.
- Providing comprehensive and bespoke advice using your HR and Employment Law expertise.
- Providing clients with support in legally complaint, commercial or best practice documentation and implementation of advice.
- Ensure that all queries are responded to within the required service level agreement.
Skills and experience required
- Previous HR advisory experience either face to face or phone based.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong MS Office and typing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure within a fast moving performance driven environment.
To assist all Advisors to keep up to date with new Legislation we run a selection of Employment Law training sessions within the Company to continually build on your knowledge levels.
