This role will involve supporting The HR Company’s Project Manager(s) in serving our clients in the SME market. The role is varied and hugely interesting. The successful candidate will support the existing Project Managers in a HR specialist capacity.

The ideal candidate must have

  • Advanced proficiency of Microsoft office ie Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • 50 WPM plus keyboard skills.
  • Excellent communication particularly telephone skills.
  • Attention to detail is key in this role where there is no scope for error.
  • Be extremely motivated, competitive and outgoing.
  • Previous administration experience would be an advantage but not essential.Training will be provided.
