He was born in Mayo and grew up in Galway. Philip now lives in Dublin and established The HR Company [B2E] in 2000 with Angela O’Grady after his time as Head of Human Resources for Microsoft’s European Operations Centre. Philip has helped to develop and improve the HR functions on companies in several industries across Ireland.
