Overview of the Service

Thank you for subscribing to the services of The HR Company. We are looking forward to working with you and handling your HR needs.

To make things as simple as possible for you, we hope the outlined process at the right of this page will help you to understand the stages involved in keeping your business NERA Compliant.

Our first step will be to get all of your Contracts and Agreements in order. We will start with the Permanent Contracts of Employment for your business, after which we will focus on the Temporary and Part-Time Contracts (if relevant and required). Furthermore, we would recommend the formation of a Non-Disclosure Agreement, which we will draft up for you. We believe this to be important for any business today.

The next step will be to commence work on a personalised Employee Handbook for your business. In order so that we can tailor the Handbook to your specific needs, if you could make me aware of the current policies you have in place (if any) that would be great.

How it works

Please complete the questionnaire below. This will help us to formulate your unique Contracts of Employment and other HR documentation
We will review your existing documentation and along with the completed questionnaire, provide you with a new draft contract of employment & non-disclosure agreement.
When you have completed your review of the Contract and NDA and you are 100% satisfied with its contents, we will then gather all the information required to complete the individual Contracts and NDA’s. Don’t worry we will generate all of these individual documents for you.
When we have provided you with all of the above, we will then commence working on your personalised Employee Handbook. As the employee handbook is so detailed it can take some time to issue the first draft but we’ll try and get this back to you within 5-10 working days.
Due to the volume of information contained with the Employee Handbook, it can take some time for you to review this document. This is one stage that we can’t help you with because we need your approval before we move to the next stage.
Again when you are satisfied that the contents of the handbook suit your business environment, we will then proof read the document, print and bind it, and send you the hard copy. All you have to do is store it centrally so that your employees are able to access it when they need it.
